Jacob is our Customer Development Specialist, bringing practical experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and a proven ability to manage diverse tasks while delivering results under pressure. In prior roles, he excelled at professional communication with diverse stakeholders, coordinated schedules and team efforts, handled data entry and record-keeping with precision, and maintained composure across varied responsibilities – skills that directly support customer development, relationship building, understanding client needs, providing responsive support, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A recent graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint with a BBA in Management, Jacob brings a strong foundation enhanced by targeted work in business communication, information systems, business documentation and law, and organizational behavior. Outgoing, resilient, and a true people person, he is smart, determined, hard-working, and always open to learning – qualities that help him build meaningful relationships and succeed in dynamic settings.
