We specialize in corporate finance roles and are also strong in public accounting. We place professionals from entry-level through CFO and support clients and candidates nationwide. While corporate finance and accounting are our core focus, we also have the capability to support other professional roles when needed
History
MDG was founded by a finance professional who experienced firsthand how much time, stress, and momentum an unsupported open role costs a leader. We built the firm to change that. Today we focus on traditional placement (Direct Hire, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire) so finance leaders can stay focused on the teams they’re building.
